Our Transparency Commitment

At SoiWISE, we believe you should understand exactly how artificial intelligence is used with your data. This page explains in detail each AI processing, what data is involved, and how you maintain control.

1.1 Why AI on SoiWISE?

Artificial intelligence is used on SoiWISE to enrich and enhance your professional profile, analyze your career path, and provide personalized advice. AI acts as a revealer of your potential — it does not generate fictitious content and does not replace human judgment.


1.2 Technology Used

SoiWISE uses Anthropic's Claude API, an advanced language model recognized for its reliability and safety. Anthropic is an American company specializing in responsible artificial intelligence.


1.3 Guiding Principles

Our use of AI is based on five fundamental principles:

•- Transparency — You know exactly when and how AI processes your data
•- Control — You can accept, modify or reject AI results
•- Anonymization — Your identifying data is never transmitted to the API
•- Revelation, not generation — AI reveals your existing skills, it does not fabricate content
•- Right to withdrawal — You can request that your data not be processed by AI

2.1 How It Works

When you add or modify a professional experience, AI analyzes your description to extract structured information and provide improvement suggestions.


2.2 Data Sent to Claude API

Only the following information is transmitted to Anthropic's API:

•- Job title
•- The experience description you wrote
•- Mentioned achievements
•- Challenges faced and lessons learned (if provided)

2.3 Data NEVER Sent

The following information is never transmitted to the API:

•- Your first or last name
•- Your email address
•- Your phone number
•- Company name
•- Your account identifier
•- Any other directly identifying information

2.4 Analysis Results

AI produces the following results:

•- Skill tags — Keywords describing demonstrated skills (e.g., project management, Python, leadership)
•- Experience score — Indicative rating of description quality (0-100)
•- Improvement suggestions — Recommendations to enrich the description
•- Qualitative analysis — Comments on strengths and areas for development

2.5 Storage of Results

AI analysis results are stored in your Platform profile. Tags are visible in your profile, the score is visible only to you, and the last analysis date is recorded.

3.1 Process

From the analysis of your professional experiences, AI automatically extracts tags (keywords) representing your technical and professional skills. These tags enrich your P6 Profile and provide a structured view of your career path.


3.2 Types of Tags

AI extracts two categories of tags:

•- Visible tags — Skills displayed in your profile. You can view and manage them.
•- Hidden tags — Detected skills that you have chosen not to display. You can only hide low-scoring tags, ensuring your profile's authenticity.

3.3 Your Control Over Tags

You have control over tags, within the bounds of authenticity:

•- You can view all tags from your profile
•- You can hide a low-scoring tag you do not wish to display
•- You cannot modify the content of AI-generated tags, to preserve analysis integrity
•- AI can regenerate tags if you modify your experience

3.4 Accuracy

Tag extraction is not infallible. Interpretation errors are possible. If a tag is incorrect, you can hide it. Tags will be recalculated during the next analysis of your experience.

4.1 Experience Score

AI assigns an indicative score (0-100) to each experience. This score evaluates the quality and depth of the description provided, NOT the quality of your work.


4.2 Evaluation Criteria

The score is based on: clarity and structure of the description, presence of quantifiable achievements, mention of challenges and solutions, richness of professional vocabulary, and completeness of information.


4.3 Score Usage

The experience score is visible only to you in your personal space. It serves as a guide to improve the quality of your P6 Profile and identify sections to enrich. It is NOT a criterion for judging your professional worth.


4.4 Limitations

The AI score is an algorithmic estimate. A low score does not mean your experience lacks value — it may simply indicate that the description could be enriched with more details, achievements or context.

5.1 Visibility and Modification

You have full visibility over all AI-generated data:

•- Skill tags: viewable, hideable
•- Experience score: visible in your personal space
•- Improvement suggestions: accessible from each experience
•- Qualitative analysis: accessible in each experience detail
•- Professional biography: viewable and regenerable

5.2 Right to Modify

You can at any time:

•- Hide low-scoring tags you do not wish to display
•- Request a new analysis after modifying your data
•- Regenerate your professional biography (within usage limits)
•- Disable the display of certain AI results

5.3 AI Data Portability

AI analysis results are part of the data exportable through the "Data Export" function in your My Account section. The JSON export includes all tags, scores and analyses associated with your experiences.

6.1 Fundamental Principle

In accordance with the spirit of Quebec's Law 25 and best practices in responsible AI, SoiWISE guarantees that no decision with significant impact on you is made entirely automatically by artificial intelligence.


6.2 AI as a Support Tool

SoiWISE's AI is designed as a revealer and advisor:

•- Skills analysis helps you structure your profile, it does not evaluate you as a person
•- AI coaching provides suggestions, not directives
•- Scores are indicative and designed to guide you in improving your profile
•- Light references are validated by people, not by AI

6.3 No Discriminatory Profiling

SoiWISE's AI never uses the following characteristics:

•- Age, gender, sexual orientation
•- Ethnic or national origin
•- Religion or beliefs
•- Disability or health status
•- Family status
•- Any other criterion protected by Quebec's Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms

6.4 Audit and Fairness

SoiWISE commits to regularly evaluating its algorithms to detect and correct any potential bias in AI analysis results.

7.1 Your Right

You have the right to request that your data not be processed by artificial intelligence. This right can be exercised at any time.


7.2 How to Exercise This Right

To request withdrawal from AI processing:

•- Contact us at privacy@soiwise.com
•- Specify your request (full or partial withdrawal from AI processing)
•- We will process your request within 30 days

7.3 Consequences of Withdrawal

Withdrawing from AI processing may affect certain features:

•- Skill tags will no longer be automatically generated
•- Experience score will no longer be calculated
•- Improvement suggestions will no longer be available
•- Professional biography can no longer be generated
•- Your P6 Profile will remain functional but will be based solely on manually entered data

7.4 Reversibility

You can request resumption of AI processing at any time by contacting us. Your withdrawal and reactivation will be recorded in the consent log.

8.1 Secure Transmission

All communications between SoiWISE servers and Anthropic's Claude API are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.


8.2 Anthropic's Policy

According to Anthropic's policy (Claude API provider):

•- Data sent via the API is not used to train their models
•- Data is not retained beyond the time necessary to process the request
•- Anthropic applies security measures consistent with industry standards

8.3 Data Minimization

We apply the minimization principle: only data strictly necessary for analysis is transmitted to the API. No personally identifying data is sent.


8.4 Transfer Outside Quebec

Anthropic's servers are located in the United States. This transfer complies with section 17 of Law 25, and is governed by API usage contractual terms that guarantee an adequate level of protection.
