Your personal information

SoiWISE is built with privacy by design. No behavioural tracking, no advertising cookies, no data resale. Your achievements belong to you and are used only to produce your own results. You can export the data recorded in your account or request the deletion of your account at any time. Our detailed commitments are set out in the Privacy Policy.

What SoiWISE is not

SoiWISE never writes an achievement you haven't described. Your words, better phrased — not ours. SoiWISE is not a job board. It is not a recruitment service, and no employer browses profiles on it. It is not a coach, nor a substitute for human judgment: it is a structured reflection tool that you keep.

Who is behind SoiWISE

SoiWISE grew out of a project launched in 2014 and took its current form in 2026. It was designed and developed by Denis Bellerose, with the support of experienced professionals in human resources and recruitment. A consultant in digital transformation and organizational performance for over thirty years, he is the co-author of Ingénierie de la performance des organisations (2021). The platform is operated by Denis Bellerose Services-Conseils inc. (NEQ 1164931223).
